Clear before you buy.
Is this a custom design for my bathroom?
No. You choose a ready-made reference plan from an existing Jodo project. Matching dimensions help you find a starting point, but your own room must still be checked.
Do I receive the download link immediately?
After successful payment, library access opens immediately. Once you choose a project, its secure download appears directly. We also send the link automatically by email; if delivery fails, the on-screen link remains available and you can resend it.
Does every project include two videos?
No. Preparation and finished-result videos are included only where they are available for the selected project. Your selected package contains only the project files that are actually available.
Can Jodo carry out the renovation?
Possibly. Selected compact projects in the Jodo service area may fall within an indicative €5,000–€7,000 range. Execution always requires a separate room check and quotation.
How current is the library?
Verified projects are added regularly when their drawings and delivery files are ready. We avoid an unverified fixed update date or project count.
A reference plan is not an on-site approval.
Check doors, windows, wall construction, drainage, water and electrical connections before execution. Jodo RealBuild does not replace site measurement, engineering or approval by your installer.
