A good schedule starts before demolition

Before the first working day, the layout, scope, materials, access and responsibilities should be clear. Check that critical products are physically available rather than simply ordered.

A clear starting point prevents major choices from being made only after the old bathroom has been removed.

Demolition reveals the walls, floor, pipes and connections beneath the finishes. Plumbing, electrics, construction and waterproofing must be installed and checked in the right order before visible finishes begin.
